Why get the bag and cable together?
They cover the two things that make a commute stressful: a bag you cannot see and a phone that runs flat. The SecureSling sits in front of you with a built-in charging port, and the ToughCord cable is built for daily use. Buying them together costs less than buying each one separately.
How do I charge on the go?
Pop your power bank inside the SecureSling and connect it to the internal cable. Plug your phone into the outside port using the ToughCord cable, and it charges while you walk.
Does the bag charge my phone by itself?
No. The bag has a built-in USB port, but you need your own power bank inside it. Connect the power bank to the internal cable, plug your phone into the outside port, and it charges while the bag stays zipped.
Which cable length should I choose?
The 1 metre cable suits your bag, desk or car. The 2 metre cable gives you room to reach the bed or sofa from a wall socket, which helps in hotel rooms.
How do I look after them?
Wipe the bag clean with a damp cloth. Keep the cable coiled loosely in your bag rather than wrapped tightly, and it will stay in good shape for longer.
What if it is not right for me?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, get in touch and we will arrange a refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We deliver free right across the UK on every order, single items and bundles alike. There is nothing to add at checkout and no minimum spend to reach. You order, we post it, and your order arrives ready to use. If you ever have a question about where your parcel is up to, get in touch and we will chase it for you straight away.
How do I track my order?

If you have not seen it yet, please check your spam folder, and if you still cannot find it just reach out and we will resend your tracking details straight away. We are happy to keep an eye on it with you.
Can I save money by buying more than one?
